Meta Channels Integration

Automating customer replies requires connecting your business accounts.

• WhatsApp Business API: Authorize your WhatsApp Cloud API credentials. Input your Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and Facebook Developer access token. Set Webhook URLs to point to your AutoZeniq webhook listener.
• Facebook Messenger & Comments: Click "Connect Page", log in with Facebook, and grant Page permissions. Comments on your posts can trigger automatic replies and direct private DMs instantly.

Courier Sync (Pathao, RedX, Paperfly)

AutoZeniq parses receiver addresses directly from customer chat messages and coordinates logistics bookings in BDT.

• Open **Settings > Courier Configurations** in your admin dashboard.
• Enter your **Pathao Courier** merchant token and **Store ID**.
• For **RedX**, input your client secret key.
• When the AI Agent captures a customer order, it asks the human staff to verify. With one click, shipping labels are generated, booking the courier pick-up automatically.

Local Payments (bKash & Nagad)

Set up bkash and Nagad payment gateway endpoints. The AI Agent can share checkout links, and listen to payment callbacks. If paid, it automatically marks orders as paid in the console logs.
