No Data Selling

AutoZeniq does not sell, lease, or distribute your customer database or chat transcripts to third-party advertisers.

Transparency

You have full control over your indexed documents, files, and FAQs. You can wipe your data instantly at any time.

01.Information We Collect

When you register, configure, and use AutoZeniq, we collect information necessary to perform our services:

  • Account Information: Name, business name, phone number, email, and localized billing info.
  • Integration Tokens: API keys and access tokens for third-party platforms (such as Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp, Facebook Pages API, Pathao Courier, RedX).
  • Training Data: Files (PDFs, CSVs, text sheets) and FAQ lists you upload to the Knowledge Base to train your AI agents.
  • Chat Transcripts: Incoming and outgoing messages passing through active channels to compile in your Omnichannel Inbox.

02.How We Use Your Data

Your data is exclusively processed to deliver support automation and operational syncs:

  • To run natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to respond to your customers.
  • To format and book shipping orders via integrated local couriers (Pathao/RedX) upon your request.
  • To scan customer phone numbers against a shared ledger to detect potential cash-on-delivery (COD) fraud risk.
  • To build real-time metrics dashboards (average response speed, resolution rate, ticket volumes).

03.Data Storage & Safety

AutoZeniq relies on Neon Postgres database infrastructure and Cloudflare secure object storage. All data transactions, including database lookups and file transfers, are encrypted in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256 standard encryption keys).


04.Third-Party Disclosures & APIs

AutoZeniq connects directly to Facebook and WhatsApp APIs. The collection and processing of data on those platforms are also subject to Meta's developer policies. For courier syncs, data (such as delivery address and receiver phone) is safely passed to Pathao and RedX logistics nodes to print shipping labels. We do not share database credentials or configuration logs with anyone.


05.Your Rights & Data Wipes

We respect your authority over your proprietary information. You have the right to request a complete export of your customer data list in CSV format. If you decide to close your account, you can request a permanent wipe of all your knowledge bases, conversation logs, and integration records from our live storage logs.
