Monthly message and API quotas apply depending on your tier, helping us maintain fast service speeds.

Local Currency

BDT payments accepted locally via bKash/Nagad and local credit cards. Flat pricing with no hidden charges.

Compliance

Users are solely responsible for compliance with Meta Developer rules and local SMS/communication laws.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting messaging channels, or utilizing the AutoZeniq SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or local merchant shop, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

02.Description of Service

AutoZeniq is an AI-powered conversational automation software. We provide tools including:

  • Omnichannel consolidation (WhatsApp API, Facebook, Instagram, website widgets).
  • Document and FAQ file indexing to train conversational AI agents.
  • E-commerce order detail extraction and shipping courier API syncs (Pathao/RedX).
  • B2B dashboard dashboards, reports, and team collaboration consoles.

03.Account Registration & Security

To access our platform, you must complete registration. You agree to maintain accurate account records and are responsible for all actions occurring under your login credentials. If you suspect any security breaches or unauthorized account accesses, you must notify support@autozeniq.com immediately.

04.Billing, Tiers & Upgrades

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis in BDT or USD.

  • Starter plan (৳999/mo) and Growth plan (৳2,999/mo) include message quotas. Exceeding those quotas may restrict AI agent replies until the next cycle or add-on purchase.
  • Payments are processed locally via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or SSLCOMMERZ gateway routing.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing term, and past payments are non-refundable.

05.API Access & Proper Conduct

When connecting Meta (WhatsApp/Messenger) APIs, you agree to comply with Meta Developer Guidelines. You may not use AutoZeniq to transmit spam messages, promotional unsolicited broadcasts, or illegal/hazardous content. Doing so will trigger immediate termination of your platform license without any refund.

06.Limitations of Liability & Uptime

While we guarantee a 99.9% platform uptime, AutoZeniq relies on external systems (Meta APIs, Pathao nodes, AI endpoints). We cannot be held liable for losses or business disruptions caused by downstream API downtime, network failures, or temporary delivery errors.

07.Modifications & Contact

AutoZeniq reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify active subscribers via email or platform popups 15 days before changes become effective. Continued use of our platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
